Refund policy

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the products within 30 (thirty) days from the confirmation of receipt of the goods without specifying the reason.

To proceed with the return it is necessary to fill out the form and send the goods to:

The transport costs for the return are entirely borne by the buyer, who will also ship the goods via a courier of his choice.

The Right of Withdrawal can be fully exercised under the following conditions:

• The products must not have been used and must not have been washed.
• The original packaging must be intact.
• The products must be shipped within 30 (thirty) days of receipt.
• The refund will be made within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the return by the buyer.

 

In the event that all the conditions are not met, we reserve the right not to accept the return.

The goods may be shipped back to the buyer and the buyer will in this case bear the transport costs by means of an advance payment.

The return can also be made via our courier, with home collection.

Our standard procedure for returns is as follows:
IN CASE OF REFUND, SHIP TO OUR ADDRESS (PUNTO FITNESS - VIA SANREMO 64/65 - 85100 POTENZA), ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AND VERIFIED ITS INTEGRITY, WE WILL START THE ORDER CANCELLATION PROCEDURE WITH A SIMULTANEOUS REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.
