Creatine, taken at a dose of 3 g per day, increases physical performance in the case of repetitive, high intensity and short duration activities. Crea-6 has been specially formulated with 6 different forms of creatine, to ensure greater bioavailability of the same.

Using substances such as pyruvate and malate, two essential intermediates for energy metabolism, and taurine, a conditionally essential amino acid, useful for protein synthesis and precursor
of nitric oxide, it goes without saying that these choices have been carefully evaluated to guarantee a biochemical synergy of the molecules.

Ingredients: bulking agent: cellulose; Creatine Pyruvate, Creatine Taurinate, Creatine Hydrochloride, Creatine Monohydrate, Creatine Alkaline (Creatine monohydrate, acidity regulator: sodium hydrogen carbonate), Tri-Creatine Malate, Anti-caking agent: Magnesium salts of fatty acids; Mealshape™ Ceylon Cinnamon extract (Cinnamomum verum J.Presl, bark).

Recommended dose: take 3 tablets a day, swallow one at a time with a little water, preferably in the morning or before training.
