Steps to correctly wash Karate shin guards:

Allow to air dry away from heat sources. Gently clean with a damp cloth. Not machine washable.

After training or combat, immediately open the bag and leave them out in the open air to allow them to dry. Avoid leaving gloves or protectors in a closed, humid environment, as this can encourage the growth of bacteria and bad odors.

Consider using internal protectors or inner gloves made of breathable fabric to reduce sweat accumulation inside the gloves, and remember to wash them frequently with appropriate detergents. This can help prevent unpleasant odors and keep the gloves cleaner.

Use a slightly damp, soft cloth to gently clean the outside of the protectors. Avoid using harsh chemicals or detergents that could damage the leather or padding materials.

To combat bad odors, you can place sachets of natural deodorizer such as baking soda or talcum powder inside the bag. These will absorb moisture and help neutralize odors.
